The York University community is invited to join us on the evening of Thursday April 6th, from 6 - 9pm for a Community Iftar Banquet for charity, hosted by the Keele & Glendon Muslim Student Associations in partnership with Student Life: The Centre for Student Community & Leadership Development.
Proceeds from ticket sales will be donated towards earthquake relief in Türkiye & Syria by way of Human Concern International.
All are welcome & invited, including folks from all faiths, to join & enjoy the fundraising efforts, as well as an array of guest speakers & performers for an evening of unity, solidarity & celebration of the beauty of Islam.
Guest speakers, du'a, breaking of the fast & Maghrib prayer to be observed. Followed by dinner.
